Subscription Policy

LongVita Tart Cherry Softgels are sold as a subscription, so you never run out of your daily ritual.

How your subscription works

• First order: you pay the price of the bundle you choose at checkout. Any free gifts that come with your bundle are included with this first order only.
• Refills: every 28 days after your first order, we automatically charge the payment method you used at checkout the same bundle price, and ship your refill.
• Shipping: refills ship free within the United States.
• No commitment: there is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.

Managing your subscription

Go to our Manage Subscription page and log in with the email you used at checkout. We'll email you a one-time code, no password needed. There you can:

• skip, delay or reschedule your next refill
• pause and resume your subscription
• update your shipping address and payment method
• cancel your subscription

How to cancel

You can cancel any time on our Manage Subscription page by choosing Cancel subscription. To avoid being charged for your next refill, cancel before your next renewal date, which is shown in your account. Prefer help? Send us a message with our contact form with your order number or checkout email and we'll cancel it for you.

Changes to your subscription

If we ever change the price of your subscription, we'll tell you by email before the change applies to your next refill, so you can decide whether to continue.
