How do I log in to my subscription?
Click Log In To My Account at the top of this page and enter the email you used at checkout. We'll email you a one-time code. Type it in and you're in, no password needed.
When will I be charged?
Your subscription renews every 28 days from your first order, at the same price you signed up for. You can see the date of your next refill in your account at any time.
How do I skip, delay or pause a refill?
Log in, open your upcoming order and choose Skip, Delay or Reschedule. To take a longer break, choose Pause subscription. You can resume whenever you like.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in and choose Cancel subscription. There are no fees and no minimum number of orders. Prefer help? Send us a message with the email you used at checkout and we'll cancel it for you.
Do my free gifts come with every refill?
No. Your free gifts, like the Bamboo Lid Glass Jar, come with your first order. Your refills contain your LongVita softgels.
I can't find my subscription. What now?
